My name is Becca LeCompte, and I work for Hampton City Schools as a Digital Learning Specialist. After teaching middle school science, then middle and high school math, for 15 years, I took a position with the Innovation and Professional Learning Department in 2016. I work on curriculum development, plan and deliver professional development, and provide support for teachers working both in-person and virtually.

We are excited to share what we have learned about virtual classroom management from our time supporting classroom teachers through school shutdowns and the pandemic. We hope to give you tools and ideas you can use in your classrooms whether they are virtual, in-person, or hybrid.
