Network of Innovators
2 good “problems” 1. Having extra face-to-face time with students (by flipping lessons) 2. Students have access to abundant resources (in a blended class). To turn these “problems” into solutions, I led a district wide PD using flipped lessons about blended learning and I created a forum for sharing effective practices. Let’s explore how to create your own Network of Innovators.

Using Cohorts to Build Capacity in Schools with Technology Leaders
Instructional technology cohorts can empower teachers to new heights in enhancing student learning. This provides building level support from multiple teacher leaders. Using PLNs and self-created mission statements, teachers embark on a journey of exploration and master instructional strategies that work and share these at the building and district level.
